ISO 9001 Standard
In 2002, management decided to implant the ISO 9001, version 2000 quality control regulation. Main reason being, to adequately transfer the knowledge and assure the proper training to new members of the team, as well as to instaure an analytical process for
continuous improvements in order to better understand and emphasize furthermore on our clients needs all while supporting the growing market.
C-TPAT Program
Established following the September 11th, 2001 events, the “Custom Trade Partnership Against Terrorism” is a program adhered to on a voluntary basis put in place by American Customs to ensure security amongst the chain of suppliers of participating companies.
The control of merchandise, shipments, suppliers and employees are good examples of practices suggested by the program. Bercomac is proud to be a part of the C-TPAT program as of November 2008
