#02 - Tiller operates irregularly.

POSSIBLE CAUSES :

a) Belts are loose.

b) Belts are damaged.

c) A group of tines may be packed up.

CORRECTIVE ACTIONS :

a) Tighten belts.

b) Replace belts.

c) Remove any debris from the tines.

Always till at a slow steady speed. Make more than one pass. Start by a shallow pass then gradually deeper. Replace damaged or bent tines.

#03 - Tiller will not turn.

POSSIBLE CAUSES :

a) Belt is damaged.

b) Belt is broken.

CORRECTIVE ACTIONS :

a) Replace the belt.

b) Replace the belt.

#04 - Tiller is noisy or bouncing at the back of the tractor.

POSSIBLE CAUSES :

Tines are damaged or too many rocks.

CORRECTIVE ACTIONS :

Replace bent or damaged tines. Remove any rocks from tilling area.
