The lift system included with the subframe is offered in 2 versions, for the Rotary Broom, and will depend on the brand and model of the tractor. On certain tractors you may have more than one choice.

Required	Designed for tractors from 16 to 27 HP. Requires subframe, drive kit & adaptor. Rear counterweight kit is required for safety and traction (see options section for more details).
Durability	Comes equipped with a parking stand for storage.The pressure on the brush may be adjusted by turning the hand crank. Always remember sweep with the tips and not the sides of the bristles for the best results.
Endurance	The dolly wheels are located behind the broom allowing to get close to curbs or sides of buildings.
Performance	Its belt driven system along with the oil bathed gear box assures a dependable performance. Dethatching in the spring, sweeping sidewalks, driveways or parking lots in the summer, raking leaves in the fall and light snow removal in the winter. Perfect for the home or business.
Installation	Bolt on the subframe ONCE & FOR ALL; Clip on the drive mechanism; Install broom adaptor on the rotary broom. Subframe (mounting brackets) can be used simultaneously with mower deck on most models (will not interfere with the mower deck).
